The Poet’s Companion: A Guide to the Pleasures of Writing Poetry
You can always tell a book is well-loved when it gets nice and battered, a little spine-wrecked and broken. It kick-starts my brain nicely whenever I feel like writing poetry.
Most of my favorite novels came from the library or were gifts… But those two, I bought myself, and loved.


I have the Poet’s Companion. It’s second down on my TBR pile. I’m so glad it’s a good one.
I will check out the poetry writing book. I write poetry so it might help me!
